To the Editor: Regarding, "Excuse Me, Is This Seat Taken?" (Feb. 28): My daughter, who arrived recently on a Delta flight from Las Vegas, told us that she had spent most of the flight in the aisle because of an oversize seatmate. No one offered to find her another seat since the plane was full, nor did anyone offer to refund her fare or cut the price to half since she did not have more than half a seat. (Today)
